A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, restocking the merchandise, and processing the return transaction. The restocking fee is non-negotiable and applies to all returns, regardless of reason (except for defective products or our errors).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Less: Restocking Fee (20%): -$20.00
Less: Original Shipping (if applicable): -$14.00
Less: Return Shipping (if not our error): -$15.00
Total Refund Amount: $51.00

If you refuse delivery or if a shipment is returned as undeliverable:
